Manage and review federal/state corporate and individual tax returns (including multi-state), perform tax research, supervise and mentor staff, manage multiple client engagements, ensure excellent client service, and maintain CPA licensure. Expect moderate overtime during busy cycles.

Lead preparation and review of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns; create depreciation schedules; research tax issues; prepare tax memos and projections; manage client engagements; supervise and mentor staff; respond to tax notices and perform tax planning and compliance duties.

Perform buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements including financial due diligence, accounting advisory, and detailed financial analysis. Document findings in reports, meet with client management, coordinate with tax/audit teams, assist in proposals and engagement letters, supervise engagement teams, and represent the firm in community activities. Occasional travel and moderate overtime required.

Lead and review assurance engagements: supervise staff, assess client accounting processes and internal controls, review transactions for GAAP compliance, prepare footnotes and internal control observations, research issues, manage client relationships, and perform assigned audit duties. Requires CPA and audit experience.

Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements including financial due diligence, accounting advisory, and detailed financial analysis. Manage client meetings, site visits, team supervision, proposals, and cross-functional coordination with tax, audit, and consulting teams. Prepare written reports, represent the firm professionally, and meet deadlines with occasional travel and periodic overtime.
