Drive adoption of high-density data center cooling solutions across hyperscale, colocation, OEM/ODM, and enterprise accounts. Build and convert a technical sales pipeline, lead technical discovery and solution design, create TCO/ROI and sustainability narratives, partner with channel teams, maintain CRM forecasting (Salesforce), cross-sell products, provide customer insights, and travel up to 50% for customer engagement and events.

Lead and grow strategic relationships with national electrical contractors, OEMs, and partners. Develop account strategies, negotiate contracts, collaborate with internal teams, drive revenue growth, monitor performance, and represent the company at trade shows and customer/site visits (≈50% travel).

Support production testing of electromechanical assemblies by validating test programs, maintaining and repairing test equipment, providing technical support and operator training, creating documentation, and collaborating with Production and Engineering to improve test technologies and processes.

Lead strategic sourcing for indirect categories (MRO, facilities, IT, services), run RFx and negotiations, onboard and manage suppliers, deliver cost savings and risk mitigation, maintain contract and procurement data, and partner cross-functionally to improve processes and supplier performance.

Develop and execute IT channel growth strategies targeting national IT solution providers and resellers. Build partner-specific business plans, enablement content, and sales plays. Align national channel strategy with regional execution, support complex opportunities, monitor partner pipeline in CRM, lead partner reviews, represent the company at industry events, and drive measurable revenue growth.
