Remote SAP Business Engagement Analyst to analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end SAP processes (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP). Drive adoption of high-density data center cooling solutions across hyperscale, colocation, OEM/ODM, and enterprise accounts. Build and convert a technical sales pipeline, lead technical discovery and solution design, create TCO/ROI and sustainability narratives, partner with channel teams, maintain CRM forecasting (Salesforce), cross-sell products, provide customer insights, and travel up to 50% for customer engagement and events.

Design, build, and extend a centralized SAP Commerce backend and custom extensions; develop resilient integrations to ERP/PIM/CRM via middleware; diagnose production issues using Commerce Cloud logs and Dynatrace; create OCC/headless APIs; contribute to design, code reviews, documentation, and Agile delivery with full ownership of platform outcomes.
