Provide front-line customer service and administrative support for multimodal shipment processing: scheduling, tracking, documentation (AWBs, BOLs, PODs), billing support, data entry, and coordination with carriers, drivers, and internal operations to ensure timely freight movement and accurate customer communication.

Lead regional safety efforts by ensuring FMCSA, DOT, OSHA compliance; develop and deliver safety programs and training; conduct inspections, audits, and accident investigations; analyze metrics and support terminal leadership to reduce risk and improve safety culture. Travel throughout the region and support operational needs.

Lead strategic account planning and executive relationships to retain and grow enterprise customers. Drive business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, oversee KPIs, resolve complex issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver technology-enabled supply chain and logistics solutions.
