Manage and lead new and used vehicle sales team to meet sales and gross objectives. Hire, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate sales staff; conduct meetings and training; oversee sales records, appraisals, inventory recommendations, and coordination with service, parts, and business office. Ensure regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and implementation of prospecting and advertising programs.

Greet showroom visitors, answer and route incoming calls professionally, take messages, provide basic information, and support customer experience. Perform other assigned front-desk duties.

Manage dealership finance processes: submit and obtain approvals for finance deals, maintain relationships with lenders and insurance providers, prepare penetration and forecasting reports, ensure paperwork accuracy, support sales negotiations, and attend management meetings.

Manage daily operations of the collision/body shop including staffing, training, SOP enforcement, budgeting, customer relations, quality control, parts coordination, billing, AR collection, regulatory compliance, and maintaining relationships with insurers and tow services.
