Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B events (conferences, tradeshows, hosted and partner events) end-to-end. Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to define strategy, manage vendors and budgets, oversee registration and on-site logistics, track performance and ROI, and maintain event documentation and systems like Monday.com and Salesforce.

Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure successful delivery and long-term value; coordinate cross-functional teams, execute account plans and business reviews, resolve service issues end-to-end, maintain CRM data hygiene, drive retention and expansion, support engagement marketing initiatives, and proactively identify and prevent client problems.

Lead strategic account management for large clients, ensuring retention, growth, and value realization. Develop service and revenue strategies, resolve escalations, onboard clients, mentor account managers, and deliver data-driven insights. Travel up to 20% for client meetings and events.

Own end-to-end planning and execution of 200+ open enrollment benefit fairs annually, plus internal events and an annual client conference. Manage logistics, vendors, staffing, budgets, on-site support, cross-functional coordination, post-event reporting, and continuous process improvement while developing creative activations and event materials.
