Plan and run experiments, recommend fixes, lead client communication, and coordinate with designers, developers, and PMs to drive measurable revenue growth.

Design high-converting emails, landing pages, and A/B test variations for Shopify eCommerce clients. Translate CRO strategy into effective visuals, collaborate with strategists, PMs, developers, copywriters, and media buyers, and design within Shopify constraints to drive clicks, conversions, and revenue.

Provide high-trust executive support to the founder by managing financial admin (invoicing, payroll, contracts), calendar and inbox triage, hiring coordination and onboarding, travel and personal logistics, and recurring operational tasks to ensure reliability and consistency.

Manage end-to-end hiring operations: source candidates, send outreach, screen applications, conduct first interviews, update ATS, schedule interviews, communicate with hiring managers and candidates, and support onboarding and hiring admin.
