Responsibilities include discovery calls, product demonstrations, lead generation at industry events, full-cycle opportunity management, executive deal collaboration, pipeline documentation in HubSpot, and timely inbound lead response. The role requires strong consultative communication, healthcare-sector familiarity, independent prioritization, and willingness to travel for conferences and prospect meetings.

Leads community partnership and referral development efforts for IDD services across multiple states. Builds relationships with MCOs, care organizations, schools, hospitals, and community groups; manages high-value referral partners; develops outreach strategies; and leads the External Relationships team. Tracks referral performance using CRM and reporting tools and collaborates with intake, clinical, marketing, and leadership teams. The role is North Carolina-based, hybrid, and requires 50–75% travel.
