Supports organizational culture and the full team member lifecycle through employee relations, performance management, corrective actions, leave administration, engagement initiatives, HR training, reporting, compliance, and policy improvement. Advises leaders on employment laws and organizational policies, represents the organization in employment-related proceedings, and conducts regular local travel to support off-site locations and team member engagement.

Lead and manage Goodwill Construction Skills Training programs and facility, supervise staff, ensure NCCER compliance, build partnerships with employers and instructors, use data to monitor outcomes and improve training, oversee budgets, and support participant intake and career continuum.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Manager, Executive Office & Board Liaison and Chief Officers. Manage complex executive schedules and virtual/in-person meeting logistics, prepare confidential executive correspondence and meeting materials, coordinate travel and expense reconciliation, support events and facilities coordination, maintain filing and tracking systems, process mail, and serve as backup to the Manager.
