Lead full life-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried manufacturing and technical roles. Develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate experience via ADP RM, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, run interviews and campus outreach, report metrics, and support diversity and process-driven recruiting initiatives.
