The intern will collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams in a manufacturing plant environment to improve quality, consistency, and operational performance.

Manages operational and business data supporting SIOP and SIOE processes. The internship provides hands-on experience in metallurgy, hot working, forging, process improvement, statistical analysis, technical reporting, and cross-functional manufacturing collaboration.

Maintain and modify product item information in Oracle EBS and the ABS application. Review change requests, assess impacts on item structures, and preserve item master data integrity through change control. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Sales, Technology, and Cost Accounting while applying analytical and continuous improvement methods to resolve problems and implement long-term solutions.

Supports mechanical design and engineering projects that improve manufacturing equipment, automation, safety, and processes.
