Analyze business requirements and develop functional, high-level, and low-level designs. Apply deep Siebel platform knowledge (architecture, data model) using Siebel Tools to configure workflows, e-scripting, assignment manager, communication servers, EBC/VBC, business services, and web services. Support Siebel administration and troubleshoot setup. Write and tune Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, create stored procedures, and collaborate with DBAs to resolve database issues.
