Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, reconcile payroll accounts, prepare journal entries, support audits and year-end W-2 processing, produce analytical reports, and advise management on payroll impacts and integrations.

Lead accounting for the country servicing team: record and reconcile transactions, prepare IFRS and statutory financial statements, manage audits, VAT and tax reporting, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
