Lead configuration, testing, release management, and maintenance of Workday Integrations and Extend. Translate business requirements into Workday solutions, build reports and dashboards, drive process improvements, maintain documentation and training materials, handle tickets and feature release testing, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize People systems and employee experience.

Partner with divisional leaders to deliver HR strategy, organizational design, leadership development, performance management, benefits administration, dispute resolution, and HR metrics. Drive HR programs, intake and triage employee issues, ensure policy compliance, coordinate projects (open enrollment, audits), and support culture and workforce planning across Western US operations.
