Designs, implements, and maintains DMS infrastructure across servers, networks, cloud services, storage, virtualization, backups, databases, and dealer-facing applications. Responsibilities include monitoring system health, improving reliability and performance, managing patches and deployments, maintaining security baselines, supporting network and telecom systems, resolving incidents, forecasting capacity, and coordinating upgrades. The role also provides technical expertise across teams and supports continuous infrastructure improvements.

Leads quality assurance for Dealer Management System applications and digital solutions. Supervises QA Analysts, reviews test plans and cases, supports testing, manages defect triage, validates requirements, maintains QA standards, supports go/no-go decisions, promotes automation, and drives continuous process improvement. The role also includes coaching, performance management, contract review participation, budgeting support, and collaboration with product, development, business, and IT stakeholders.

Lead and manage regional dealer sales teams and core accounts administration to grow sales and market share. Develop strategic business plans, monitor account progression and forecasts, ensure CRM adoption, evaluate dealer performance, present results to leadership, coach and hire sales staff, provide competitive analysis, and promote safety and ethical conduct.
