Provides operational support for employee benefits, leave administration, and multi-state workers’ compensation processes. Maintains accurate HRIS and benefits data, supports regulatory compliance, responds to employee inquiries, coordinates with payroll, vendors, carriers, and brokers, administers leave cases, and manages workers’ compensation reconciliation audits and reporting.

Processes and validates first notices of loss, maintains accurate claim records, supports claim and account inquiries, monitors milestones, prepares reports, performs reconciliations, and coordinates with adjusters, carriers, brokers, clients, and internal teams. The role escalates complex issues, supports process improvements, ensures regulatory compliance, and contributes to claims operations and cross-functional projects while working a 10:00 AM–6:00 PM EST schedule.

Supports client and carrier billing by reviewing and delivering invoices, coordinating billing allocations and fee agreements, calculating surplus lines taxes, confirming payment terms, maintaining SOX documentation, resolving billing discrepancies, obtaining premium finance quotes, and supporting carrier audits. Works closely with account management, accounting teams, and carriers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial processing.

Leads enterprise Certificate and Auto-ID operations, setting strategy, governance, compliance standards, service levels, and performance metrics. Oversees managers and analysts, high-volume certificate delivery, capacity planning, quality assurance, audits, and risk remediation. Drives automation, technology enhancements, client portal development, process transformation, and cross-functional partnerships with operations, technology, compliance, legal, carriers, and clients.

Sell and place commercial insurance by prospecting, building client relationships, conducting risk reviews, preparing proposals, negotiating with carriers, and coordinating with account teams to ensure service through renewal. Maintain CRM and reporting, network to grow presence, and stay current on market and emerging risks.
