Administer Pendo and coordinate tool, data, and workflow alignment across Salesforce, JIRA, and GTM systems. Represent Ontic at industry events and drive regional market development. Travel extensively across the region.

Lead the maturation of Ontic’s AWS cloud security program by designing and automating security controls, integrating security into CI/CD workflows, improving cloud monitoring and detection, and developing continuous evidence collection for FedRAMP and other compliance initiatives. Partner with Engineering and DevOps teams on secure architecture, cloud best practices, regulated SaaS environments, and measurable security improvements.

Lead the integrations product roadmap, define API contracts and canonical data models, improve developer experience, partner with engineering and GTM to build scalable API-first and low/no-code integrations, prioritize monetizable connectors, and use data and AI-enabled workflows to drive adoption and business outcomes.
