Serve as primary technical contact for customers, provide hands-on guidance for integration and deployment, write scripts for diagnostics/automation, troubleshoot issues, lead technical deep-dives, collaborate with product and engineering, and build long-term customer relationships to maximize platform value.

Own technical pre-sales for enterprise AI security: lead discovery, design demos, execute end-to-end POCs, partner with AEs, surface product feedback, and advise customers on complex technical decisions.

Own the systems, reporting, dashboards, processes, and resource infrastructure supporting Noma’s post-sales organization. Build standardized decks and playbooks, automate task tracking, QBR preparation, and renewals, maintain centralized content resources, and support renewal reporting. Partner with TAMs, support, and leadership to identify operational gaps, prioritize improvements, and coordinate technical builds. The role requires autonomy, systems thinking, and experience supporting customer success or revenue operations in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
