Develop and maintain Marine Corps FRCS enterprise and reference architectures, focusing on OT cybersecurity, SDN/SDA, segmentation, continuous monitoring, RMF authorization, and compliance. Coordinate stakeholders, CSSP responsibilities, governance documents, MOAs, SLAs, POA&Ms, security plans, and portfolio management artifacts. Support architecture working groups, workshops, briefings, training, and cybersecurity assessments. Analyze OT protocols and security postures, advise on ICS/SCADA compliance, monitor emerging threats, and travel to Marine Corps installations as needed.

Designs and maintains enterprise data integrations, metadata pipelines, APIs, workflows, data models, catalogs, and governance solutions. Resolves data quality and interoperability issues, documents technical processes, and collaborates with developers, data stewards, analysts, and governance stakeholders. Independently manages technical workstreams from requirements through implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. The role requires SQL, relational database, data modeling, cloud platform, API, and structured data experience, plus eligibility for a Secret clearance and DoD CAC.

Supports federal capital investment and infrastructure resilience programs for Marine Corps installations. Develops project plans, schedules, risk reports, status updates, budgets, and project documentation; coordinates government, contractor, technical, and installation stakeholders; maintains project data across facilities and financial systems; supports meetings, workshops, project closeout, lessons learned, and best-practice development.
