Supports the full staff member lifecycle, including recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, records management, attendance and benefits coordination, performance tracking, staff relations, and offboarding. Maintains confidential HR documentation, responds to routine HR inquiries, coordinates with managers and international stakeholders, supports audits and process improvements, and assists with HR reports, policies, and administrative projects in a remote environment.

Leads sales performance for front-desk teams by coaching staff, developing consultative scripts, managing outbound reactivation campaigns, improving patient conversion, and analyzing funnel metrics. Collaborates with Clinical and Marketing teams to optimize the patient journey, maintain CRM data integrity, and ensure HIPAA compliance. The role is fully remote and focused on increasing appointments, consultations, and successful clinical intakes.
