Designs and modernizes reusable automation frameworks; develops functional, integration, API, regression, performance, and end-to-end tests; integrates testing into CI/CD pipelines; performs SQL database validation; leads defect analysis and UAT; collaborates with Agile teams and stakeholders; and mentors automation engineers through code reviews, coaching, and framework guidance.

Lead on-site migrations and go-lives for Oracle OPERA Cloud at hotel properties across India. Clean and migrate OPERA data, manage cutovers, and train front desk and management teams. Serve as subject-matter expert bridging hotel operations and OPERA technical deployment.
