Lead and support oversight of fintech partner audits within the Banking-as-a-Service program. Responsibilities include developing risk assessments, planning and coordinating audits, evaluating scopes and reports, tracking remediation, analyzing risk trends, supporting regulatory compliance, and collaborating with internal subject matter experts, partners, and audit firms. The role also contributes to process improvements, staff training, and recommendations to risk management leadership.

The Partner Credit Manager II manages banking partners' credit risks, develops lending programs, and ensures compliance with credit policies. This role includes coordinating credit analysis and providing oversight in credit administration and reporting.

Lead and manage a compliance assurance team to build and run a compliance management system. Develop and execute monitoring, testing, risk assessments, reporting, root cause analysis, and provide regulatory guidance across core bank and fintech partners. Support audits, examinations, and present findings to senior leadership and the Board.

Lead design and scaling of financial operations, reconciliation, and controls for BaaS partnerships. Drive automation, analyze transaction datasets, resolve reconciliation breaks, partner with Product/Engineering, and create SOPs and reporting to ensure operational readiness and scalable processes.

Oversee development, validation, monitoring, and governance of consumer credit risk models used for loss forecasting, credit decisioning, regulatory reporting, and risk management. Apply statistical, econometric, and machine learning methods to PD, LGD, and EAD models; support CECL, stress testing, and macroeconomic scenario analysis. Assess model performance, data quality, and compliance while communicating findings to senior leaders, auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Lead second-line credit risk oversight for BaaS partners: build frameworks, manage a partner credit risk team, evaluate models and underwriting, monitor portfolios, perform counterparty financial analysis, support onboarding and regulatory compliance, and implement controls for partner credit risk.

Independently review and draft responses to complex customer and regulatory complaints for bank and fintech partners, identify regulatory risks, manage case queues and SLAs, monitor open complaints daily, support regulator and audit requests, and maintain knowledge of consumer financial protection laws to ensure compliant resolutions.
