Supports roadway engineering and transportation project delivery for NCDOT, municipalities, MPOs, and other public-sector clients. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, subconsultants, agencies, and clients; assists with schedules, scopes, budgets, milestones, proposals, and stakeholder communications. Produces right-of-way acquisition and final roadway plans, monitors risks, and supports transportation funding and project development processes. The role requires civil engineering expertise, NCDOT experience, and a Professional Engineer license or eligibility for North Carolina licensure.

Develops and manages highway, interstate drainage, and stormwater improvement projects from preliminary through final design. Performs engineering calculations, prepares plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates, and coordinates with project teams, consultants, clients, and transportation agencies. Manages project documentation, schedules, budgets, and scope; supports client development, proposals, fee schedules, and client communications. Requires North Carolina drainage experience and a professional engineering license.
