Own and build Nevis’s GTM recruiting function from scratch, managing full-cycle hiring for sales, deployment strategy, customer success, and related commercial roles. Develop sourcing engines, hiring plans, interview processes, candidate evaluations, pipeline management, offer strategy, and compensation negotiations. Partner directly with the CEO and hiring managers while representing the company to candidates and establishing scalable recruiting processes.
