Work directly with the CEO on high-leverage business problems across product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data. The program provides broad exposure to a rapidly scaling startup, with the expectation that successful participants eventually own P&L for a business line.

The role offers sales and service paths, with training and payment for a P&C insurance license if needed.

Create educational, entertaining, and authentic Reddit content about automotive and financial topics. Write posts, titles, and community replies tailored to subreddit cultures; simplify complex insurance, vehicle, and maintenance concepts; test content formats and timing; optimize content for SEO and LLM citations; and collaborate with Content, SEO, and Product teams. Requires strong Reddit fluency, a proven copywriting background, and the ability to produce helpful, engaging, non-corporate writing.

Own a new product bet from early concept or launch through product-market fit and scaling. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, prioritizing roadmap opportunities, building and shipping products, gathering feedback, iterating rapidly, and navigating complex insurance or property-tax domains.

Own Jerry’s Reddit presence across brand-owned and broader automotive, financial, and consumer communities. Develop community strategy, educational content, and a distinct Reddit voice; manage reputation and crisis responses; track karma, sentiment, traffic, share of voice, SEO, and LLM citations; and share community insights with Product and Content teams.

Create authentic, educational Reddit content about automotive, insurance, and personal finance topics. Write engaging posts and community replies, adapt tone to subreddit cultures, test hooks and formats, optimize content for SEO and AI citations, and collaborate with Content, SEO, and Product teams. The role requires strong platform expertise, clear technical translation, and a value-first writing approach.
