The Performance Marketing Manager will manage paid acquisition across various ad platforms, optimize conversion rates, and build lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer retention and reduce churn.

Build and run LumiMeds' affiliate program end-to-end: recruit and onboard affiliates, negotiate commission structures, activate and optimize partners, ensure fraud/compliance and brand safety, report performance (patients, CAC, ROAS, LTV), and test adjacent partnership models.

The role involves owning paid acquisition and funnel performance by designing structured A/B tests, managing campaigns, and optimizing CAC and conversion rates.

Own end-to-end social content: plan and execute video and static posts, maintain a detailed content calendar, coordinate cross-functional and legal/medical approvals, manage community and influencer partnerships, and report weekly performance metrics to optimize strategy.
