Owns Thunder’s architecture practice, standards, governance, and technical quality across complex Salesforce, cross-cloud, data, and AI solutions. Leads architecture reviews, presales solution oversight, escalations, and technical strategy while mentoring architects and shaping career standards. Translates complex requirements into technical designs, directs development teams, establishes standards, manages risks, oversees code quality, and owns CI/CD and DevSecOps practices. The role requires deep Salesforce, Federal compliance, integration, and Public Sector expertise, along with mentoring and stakeholder leadership.

Acts as a CRM and Amazon Connect subject matter expert while partnering with customers, sales teams, technical architects, and delivery teams. Requires consulting experience, hands-on Amazon Connect configuration, Agile exposure, data analysis, dashboard creation, and willingness to obtain security clearances.

Lead UX/UI design authority for Salesforce and AWS projects, designing accessible user experiences, UI components, themes, and CMS solutions. Manage interface architecture across Salesforce clouds, conduct accessibility testing, create prototypes and wireframes, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with the Salesforce Lightning Design System. Requires 5–7+ years of Salesforce UX/UI experience, strong stakeholder leadership, accessibility expertise, and familiarity with Salesforce products. Salesforce UX Designer certification and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Lead discovery workshops and architect Salesforce Data 360 solutions that unify enterprise data through ingestion, identity resolution, governance, zero-copy integrations, segmentation, and real-time activation. Design integrations across Salesforce clouds and external data sources, define marketing and customer lifecycle strategies, and support pre-sales engagements. The role requires hands-on Data Cloud implementation expertise, data modeling, privacy and consent knowledge, and active Salesforce certifications.

Lead quality assurance for Federal Salesforce Public Sector solutions by designing functional, performance, and security test plans; ensuring compliance with Federal standards; identifying and mitigating risks; collaborating with architects, developers, and business analysts; reporting quality metrics; and validating Salesforce Government Cloud Plus, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and AI capabilities.

Lead MuleSoft-based integration architecture and delivery for production-first agent-enabled use cases. Define API-led designs, integrate enterprise systems and Data/AI platforms, drive delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment to deliver measurable business outcomes within timelines.
