Establishes and drives Blossom’s implementation methodology, governance, standards, portfolio visibility, capacity planning, reporting, and change control. Leads complex credit union implementations, including core conversions and multi-product deployments, from contract handoff through go-live, conversion weekends, hypercare, and Support transition. Coordinates product teams, third-party vendors, executives, and project sponsors while managing risks, dependencies, scope, timelines, and continuous improvement. This individual contributor role requires strong program management, financial institution knowledge, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Leads the client-facing delivery organization across implementations, professional services, and client education. Oversees complex financial technology implementations, data conversions, go-live readiness, partner performance, staffing, budgets, services revenue, delivery methodology, and executive client escalations. Establishes standards, metrics, training programs, and quality gates while ensuring predictable launches and effective transition to support.
