Own the roadmap for PeopleFinders’ ecommerce, subscription, and data-driven products. Drive acquisition, conversion, engagement, monetization, retention, and customer lifetime value through analytics, experimentation, customer research, and AI-powered experiences. Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Compliance, Customer Success, and Project Management to deliver product improvements. Monitor ecommerce and subscription KPIs, evaluate new product and pricing opportunities, and present performance insights and strategic recommendations to executives.

Leads compliance support by resolving escalated matters, researching regulatory questions, documenting decisions, monitoring risks, supporting reporting, and escalating high-risk issues. Develops compliance procedures, SOPs, training materials, and internal guidance while coaching Compliance Representatives. Maintains knowledge of CCPA, CPRA, FCRA, and related consumer protection requirements, identifies policy and practice gaps, and supports audits, investigations, and regulatory projects.

Process and reconcile daily payment transactions, investigate payment failures, manage recurring billing, refunds, credits, chargebacks, and disputes. Monitor fraud and compliance risks, prepare operational and financial reports, configure billing platforms, and support loss-prevention initiatives. The role also serves as a billing escalation point for Customer Care, collaborates with Finance and Engineering, and handles administrative and project requests.

Own end-to-end marketing and business intelligence: build automated dashboards (Domo), query large datasets (SQL/Snowflake), report subscription funnel economics, analyze channel performance and A/B tests, troubleshoot data anomalies, and partner with leadership to set KPIs and prioritize analytics work.
