As a Staff Software Engineer at Socket, you will build the product, enhance the team culture, and establish foundational frameworks while contributing to the development of the web application and APIs.

Lead Socket's technical partner ecosystem: identify and manage integrations, drive partnership lifecycle from discovery to shipped integrations, align product and GTM, enable sales/marketing, and measure adoption and partner-driven pipeline growth.

As a Sales Engineer for SMB clients, you'll provide technical support and guidance in pre-sales, lead demos, create technical content, and bridge customer needs with engineering and product teams.

Own post-sale technical customer success: lead enterprise onboarding and integrations, troubleshoot production issues, run architecture and security reviews, deliver enablement and workshops, and advocate product feedback to Engineering.

Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, partner with stakeholders to ensure the right problems are solved, guide technical decisions and architecture, improve processes and remove bottlenecks, balance long-term investments with near-term delivery, and foster ownership and continuous improvement in a remote, distributed environment.
