Architect AWS infrastructure and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions supporting a RHEL 7-to-RHEL 8 migration across GovCloud environments. Design AWS accounts, VPCs, EC2, RDS, secure integrations, reusable Terraform and CloudFormation templates, and CI/CD automation. Provide technical direction, lead architecture and design reviews, incorporate security scanning and compliance requirements, define migration validation strategies, and coordinate with federal stakeholders and delivery teams.

Administer and optimize production and non-production databases for a large-scale VA data migration. Responsibilities include installation, patching, performance tuning, backup and recovery, security, AWS database provisioning, data conversion, validation, troubleshooting, high availability, disaster recovery, and technical documentation. The role collaborates with developers and analysts across on-premises and AWS environments while ensuring database availability, integrity, and security.

Designs and implements Salesforce environments supporting multi-product release, regression, and performance testing. Defines sandbox strategy, metadata configuration, refresh processes, integrations, data sharing, test data, and onboarding sequences. Troubleshoots performance and metadata issues while ensuring compliance with VA security, federal, GovCloud, and FedRAMP requirements. Collaborates with federal clients, product teams, testing teams, infrastructure stakeholders, and governance groups to translate requirements into hands-on Salesforce solutions.

Creates and maintains technical documentation for mortgage and fintech platforms, including user guides, API documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials. Translates technical and regulatory concepts into clear content for diverse audiences, collaborates with engineering and product teams, and supports product releases. Manages documentation standards, versioning, lifecycle updates, onboarding materials, and continuous quality improvements while ensuring alignment with mortgage regulations and compliance requirements.

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of system architectures across applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms for federal IT modernization. Provide technical leadership, ensure performance, reliability, and integration, produce documentation, and collaborate with DevOps, security, and stakeholders within Agile teams.

Design, build, and deploy a secure, high-volume integration across Salesforce, S-Docs, AWS, and VA Notify. Assess architecture for scalability, security, and compliance; implement serverless AWS components; develop Salesforce integrations and templates; integrate automated security scanning into CI/CD; document designs and support ATO/RMF compliance and testing.

Execute manual test cases, scenarios, and plans to validate functional, integration, regression, and UAT. Track and verify defects using issue trackers, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, maintain test documentation, and support process improvement to ensure usability and business requirements in regulated environments.
