Resolve inbound customer support requests for robotics products through HubSpot, troubleshoot routine hardware and software issues, meet SLA targets, and escalate complex problems appropriately. Manage regional loaner fleet logistics, initiate RMA and service workflows, maintain knowledge-base documentation, identify recurring issue patterns, and share customer feedback with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. The hybrid role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
