Manage a rotating portfolio of mid- to high-severity commercial auto and general liability claims, perform investigations, coverage and liability evaluations, reserve setting, litigation management, and negotiate resolutions. Support multiple teams, mentor less experienced staff, attend mediations/trials, develop risk transfer strategies, and assist in file auditing and portfolio closeouts while maintaining knowledge of multijurisdictional legal trends.

Serve as primary service coordinator for a portfolio of agencies and policyholders. Build relationships, collaborate with internal partners, escalate out-of-scope requests, educate customers on tools, schedule reviews, assemble onboarding and stewardship materials, monitor data integrity for complex policies, and proactively resolve service gaps. Hybrid role with minimal travel.

Process multi-line, multi-state new business and renewals; gather and apply rating elements; enter and validate policy data; handle endorsements, cancellations, and service requests; resolve credit/claims/audit issues; maintain documentation and support underwriters and agency inquiries.
