Leads Customer Success strategy and execution for enterprise demand partners using Bankrate private marketplaces. Responsibilities include optimizing engagement and conversion, expanding partnerships, improving onboarding and time to value, connecting Product, Marketing, and Sales, translating engagement data into ROI, and managing a high-performing team in a B2B2C fintech environment.

Leads a 2–4 person engineering team while remaining hands-on in a TypeScript codebase. Owns delivery planning, performance management, career development, technical contributions, incident response, team health, quality, and compliance. Partner with engineering, design, and vendors to deliver measurable conversion and revenue outcomes while ensuring compliance, technical quality, and operational rhythms.

Lead Bankrate's organic demand system across AI search (AEO/GEO), SEO, and content. Define AI citation strategy, own organic revenue and measurement, build an AI-native team and agentic workflows, and partner with paid, brand, product, and analytics to drive durable, revenue-generating organic growth.

Lead end-to-end AI product discovery, prototype and ship working ML/AI solutions for HR, Marketing, and Commercial teams. Build first prototypes yourself, partner with engineers to productionize, define success metrics, and drive adoption and business impact.

Sole designer on a Brand Product squad owning end-to-end product design: user discovery, research, prototyping, and production-ready specs. Partner closely with engineers, contribute to the design system and brand standards, prioritize accessibility, and share craft and AI-augmented workflows across the design org.

Lead and build the DevSecOps function: implement SOC 2 controls, automate compliance and evidence pipelines, own cloud security posture, CI/CD security gates, vulnerability management, and AI-assisted auto-remediation to embed security as code across the developer lifecycle.
