The Senior Counsel will advise on legal matters affecting trust and administrative services, negotiate agreements, oversee fund creation, and support business strategies while ensuring compliance with regulations in a high-growth financial services environment.

Lead and deliver cross-functional technology projects, manage project plans, risks, budgets, and change control, coordinate technical integrations, drive adoption through change management, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ensure alignment with enterprise governance using Smartsheet and common tooling.
