Manage a team supporting AML transaction monitoring systems (Actimize and internally developed SAS/SQL/Python models). Own model development lifecycle, documentation, validation collaboration, ongoing monitoring, tuning, and defending methodologies to stakeholders, auditors, and regulators while advancing ML-based anomaly detection.
