Leads WellRight’s consultant relations strategy, building broker and benefits-consultant partnerships to increase brand awareness, qualified opportunities, and sales conversion. Responsibilities include tracking industry trends, gathering market feedback, developing outreach strategies, managing executive relationships, supporting finalist meetings, coordinating cross-functional resources, analyzing CRM data, and establishing performance metrics. The role serves as the internal consultant-community expert and collaborates closely with sales, marketing, product, customer success, and leadership.

Drives new business and revenue growth with mid-market and enterprise employers. Builds prospect networks, generates inbound and outbound opportunities, conducts consultative sales, represents WellRight at events, manages the Salesforce pipeline from lead through close, qualifies prospects, forecasts revenue, negotiates agreements, and maintains strong knowledge of the corporate health and wellbeing industry. The role collaborates across sales and cross-functional teams and requires travel to multiple U.S. states.
