Develop lifecycle, paid, organic, content, webinar, and partner campaigns; launch new B2B offerings; optimize acquisition, activation, retention, attribution, and ROI; and translate complex microbiome science into compelling clinical education and sales collateral. Collaborate with science, clinical, partnerships, sales, product, and operations teams while managing agencies or contractors as needed.

Build and scale production AI systems, APIs, data pipelines, retrieval systems, and model-serving infrastructure for consumer and clinician-facing health products. Integrate and fine-tune LLMs and other models, manage AI feature lifecycles from prototyping through monitoring, and ensure reliability and observability. Lead analytics, testing, deliverability, reporting, agency management, and member engagement initiatives for distinct health audiences.

Lead Tiny Health’s visual identity and execute brand assets across digital campaigns, websites, email, social, advertising, print, packaging, and events. Maintain brand standards, develop scalable templates and asset systems, collaborate with marketing, product, science, UX, and agencies, and translate complex health concepts into compelling visuals. Optimize creative performance using data while managing stakeholders, priorities, and multiple workstreams.

Manage and grow Tiny Health’s B2B partnerships pipeline by sourcing and qualifying leads, running partner conversations, supporting negotiations, closing revenue, and improving forecasting. Build scalable partnership playbooks, trackers, templates, and processes while collaborating with Operations, Marketing, and Science on post-close handoffs. Present data-driven proposals, communicate partner feedback internally, and improve conversion, retention, and deal-cycle speed in a remote-first startup environment.

Owns end-to-end product design for digital health experiences, from discovery and research through interaction and visual design, prototyping, developer handoff, launch, and iteration. Collaborates with product, engineering, science, clinical, and stakeholder teams to simplify complex health information, improve usability and accessibility, evolve the design system, influence product strategy, and deliver high-quality experiences in a fast-paced remote startup.
