The Marketing Coordinator, CRM & Loyalty will execute campaigns, manage workflows, ensure quality assurance, and optimize customer engagement through email and SMS marketing.

Lead company-wide budgeting and rolling forecasts, produce monthly Budget vs. Actual reporting, partner with Accounting to improve FP&A accuracy, support executive reporting (WBR, sales models, board analysis), and drive process and modeling improvements to scale FP&A for D2C growth.

Provide on-site Tier 1 technical support at Novato HQ: triage helpdesk tickets and Slack requests, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, onboard users, maintain documentation, perform routine maintenance, and participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule.
