Own technical engagements from initial opportunity through rollout and expansion, partnering with security, legal engineering, product, and customer success teams. Navigate FedRAMP High, DoD Impact Levels, ATO processes, NIST controls, identity architecture, and data-handling requirements. Build scalable public-sector solutions architecture playbooks and represent Harvey in agency workshops, security reviews, and stakeholder briefings.

Provides first-line support for non-technical customer and internal inquiries in a SaaS environment. Responsibilities include managing ticket queues against SLAs, routing and escalating issues, maintaining accurate tagging, applying support playbooks, guiding users on product features, and contributing to FAQs, knowledge-base content, and customer education. Own Harvey’s finance applications portfolio, including NetSuite, procurement, spend, billing, and revenue systems. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Procurement, Tax, Security, and Business Technology to solve complex multi-entity, multi-currency, billing, and revenue recognition challenges. Own end-to-end global mobility matters, including immigration sponsorship, relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel. Advise employees, candidates, managers, and business partners; manage immigration counsel, tax advisors, and mobility vendors; maintain work authorization data and audit readiness; and build scalable workflows, policies, reporting, playbooks, and self-service resources. Lead complex U.S. immigration matters and help expand mobility programs in a fast-growing global company.

Manage accurate, timely US payroll processing and regulatory compliance for all employees. Oversee termination checks, benefits-related payroll activities, Workday enhancements, audits, payroll accounting, 401(k) funding reconciliations, Form 941 filings, and state tax reconciliations. Partner with People Operations, maintain confidential employee records, support month-end close, and help scale payroll operations in a fast-growing company.

Own complex global People Operations programs from planning through go-live and handoff, including geographic expansion, entity formation, M&A integrations, EOR and vendor transitions, and payroll migrations. Build program plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage risks and decisions, lead executive and employee communications, and create repeatable playbooks and operating processes. The role requires hands-on execution, strong judgment, stakeholder management, executive communication, and effective use of AI.

Own support analytics for User Operations: build dashboards and recurring reports, track north-star metrics (cSAT, TTR, QA, escalations), instrument Zendesk, connect support to product/customer data, quantify operational costs of bugs, and measure AI-driven support performance.
