Drive adoption of AI and cloud solutions by generating opportunities, engaging enterprise stakeholders, developing consultative sales strategies, demonstrating solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Owns Nebius’s AI infrastructure ecosystem strategy across agentic systems, managed inference, IaaS, and data platforms. The role identifies and engages strategic AI companies, founders, investors, and partnership targets; prototypes technically sound integrations; develops reference architectures and proofs of concept; and translates ecosystem insights into product capabilities, partnership, acquisition, and investment decisions. The director also helps scale solutions with partners and field teams while serving as the external ecosystem voice in platform planning.

Lead design and scaling of the end-to-end deal lifecycle from initiation to customer activation. Define policies, governance, and approval frameworks; remove friction across quoting, contracting, approvals, and billing setup; embed controls in CPQ/CRM/contract tools; partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing Engineering and Product; standardize complex deal handling; build playbooks and track cycle time, bottlenecks, and activation accuracy.

Coordinate technical execution for US post-sales cloud customers, including pre-sales handoffs, architecture and dependency tracking, production readiness, customer health, risk management, and cross-functional work with Engineering, Product, Support, and architects. Improve post-sales processes, Jira workflows, dashboards, reporting, playbooks, and documentation while identifying technical gaps and operational blockers across AI cloud infrastructure environments.

Partners with sales leadership to execute go-to-market strategy and improve revenue operations across the Americas. Owns forecasting, pipeline health, territory alignment, CRM governance, quarterly planning, dashboards, lead routing, and GTM workflows. Collaborates with Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to improve reporting, data hygiene, processes, documentation, and system rollouts. Provides analysis and operational insights in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Design, build, and maintain automation workflows and integrations across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other SaaS platforms using PowerShell, Python, Azure services, and APIs. Automate user management, notifications, data sync, and access workflows while implementing secure logging, monitoring, error handling, and documentation. Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to optimize processes and reduce manual work.

Leads Nebius’s North American public affairs and community engagement function as deputy to the VP. Responsibilities include managing a growing field team, overseeing consultants, developing engagement strategies, representing the company before officials and communities, identifying political and regulatory risks, supporting community investment programs, and briefing senior leadership. The role partners with legal, infrastructure, communications, and marketing teams to build trust, secure permits, and support data center and infrastructure expansion.

Build and lead Nebius’s federal affairs function in Washington, D.C. Develop policy strategy across AI regulation, trade, energy, infrastructure, and national security; establish bipartisan relationships with Congress and executive agencies; represent the company in federal initiatives and coalitions; assess regulatory risks; coordinate with legal, communications, and infrastructure teams; manage outside lobbying partners; and hire staff as the function scales.

Own the full sales cycle for named digital native, ISV, and gaming accounts purchasing AI infrastructure and GPU capacity. Sell NVIDIA-based cloud platforms to technical and finance stakeholders, manage evaluations and proofs of concept, build partner-led motions with NVIDIA, ISVs, and systems integrators, and drive multi-year commitments, expansion, forecasting, and quota attainment.

Own Nebius’s enterprise product marketing narrative, positioning, messaging, customer journey, and go-to-market programs for AI cloud infrastructure. Develop enterprise content, competitive positioning, sales and partner enablement, ROI/TCO tools, and account-based programs supporting lengthy buying cycles. Translate complex AI infrastructure concepts for technical and executive audiences, measure pipeline and win-rate impact, support communications and analyst relations, and bring customer insights into product and messaging strategy.
