Leads integrated digital marketing strategies for assigned healthcare therapy brands across websites, email, social media, SEO, and marketing automation. Manages customer journeys, audience segmentation, campaign execution, website governance, analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization. Partners with brand teams, agencies, vendors, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring privacy and regulatory compliance. Supports adoption and optimization of HubSpot, ClickDimensions, Asana, and CRM technologies.

Owns local-market brand strategy, annual marketing plans, brand budgets, campaign activation, product assortment, pricing, and profitable market-share growth. Implements global brand strategies, maximizes digital and paid media, tracks campaign performance, develops clinical evidence, captures consumer and customer insights, and collaborates with global partners. The role serves healthcare providers, payers, clinicians, and consumers, with travel up to 20%.
