Develop and expand Laravel/PHP backend and Vue.js frontend applications for Relocity’s global mobility platform. Provides operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, HRIS maintenance, compliance, employee inquiries, reporting, documentation, performance cycles, engagement surveys, and recognition initiatives across global markets.

Owner of information security, privacy, and data governance programs. Maintain SOC 2 Type II, lead ISO 27001 certification, administer Vanta, run risk assessments, incident response, data governance, and partner cross-functionally to embed security and privacy.
