Own Proof’s brand strategy, architecture, visual and verbal identity, creative direction, and production across marketing, sales, product, events, and executive communications. Build brand systems, guidelines, templates, and governance; lead campaigns and launches; manage creative operations, budgets, agencies, and freelancers; and establish brand health metrics. Partner with product marketing, communications, product design, and revenue marketing to strengthen trust and differentiation in identity and fintech markets.

Owns Proof’s marketing technology stack, lead lifecycle, attribution, reporting, data quality, campaign operations, and marketing ROI programs. Partners with Revenue Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Finance, and executive leadership to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role also evaluates new tools and AI-enabled workflows.

Leads product marketing strategy for identity, digital credentials, eSign/eNotary, and agentic authorization products. Owns positioning, messaging, launches, go-to-market programs, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, analyst relations, and regulatory market insights. Partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, customers, and channel partners while managing and expanding the product marketing team. Focuses on regulated enterprise buyers across banking, mortgage, insurance, and wealth management.

Hunt, develop, and close enterprise SaaS deals (>$1M ARR), build executive relationships, own outbound pipeline, negotiate contracts, forecast in Salesforce, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow accounts and drive digital identity and fraud-prevention adoption.
