Recruit and close strategic partners, drive partner-sourced revenue, establish forecasting and performance processes, and align Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps, and business-unit leadership. The role requires influencing regional partner managers without direct authority and may eventually build a dedicated team.

Provide technical leadership across the simulation platform: define architecture, drive feature delivery, debug complex multi-module issues, conduct code reviews, collaborate on QA/CI/CD, and mentor engineers to modernize and maintain the legacy Windows desktop codebase.

Run technical discovery and deliver tailored, discovery-led demos for Datacor ERP and add-ons, build business cases, manage a full pipeline with Account Executives, travel onsite for stakeholder demos, and hand off scoped documentation to Services for SOW creation.
