Own full-cycle recruiting for attorney roles, including sourcing, cold outreach, screening, pitching, negotiation, offer management, and closing. Build independent candidate pipelines and attorney networks using LinkedIn Recruiter, bar directories, referrals, and other channels. Partner with hiring stakeholders, maintain accurate ATS/CRM records, and consistently achieve a monthly quota of 15–20 hires.

Manage and strengthen client relationships, understand and address customer needs, resolve issues, coordinate with internal teams, improve satisfaction and retention, and meet sales goals among existing and new customers. The role serves as a client liaison, tracks account processes, identifies patterns, and develops solutions using SaaS platforms and agile processes.
