The ERISA Attorney will manage retirement plan documents, ensure compliance with regulations, support consultants, and draft participant communications while providing subject matter expertise on plan language and disclosures.

Manage a portfolio of 401(k) plans, perform compliance testing and deliver recommendations on plan design while ensuring operational compliance with ERISA regulations.
