Leads the Loans and Distributions team, overseeing retirement plan loan and distribution processing, workload allocation, quality, compliance, escalations, recordkeeper relationships, and service-level performance. Collaborate with internal teams on plan design, documentation, compliance questions, and client service. The role requires accuracy, independent caseload management, regulatory knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Leads a team of Retirement Onboarding Specialists and oversees end-to-end onboarding for qualified retirement plan clients. Responsibilities include reviewing plan documents, coordinating with recordkeepers, managing deadlines and caseloads, handling escalations, advising on plan design, ensuring ERISA and IRS compliance, developing team members, maintaining procedures and quality controls, and improving onboarding workflows and systems.

Drive new business development and strategic partnerships across the South Central United States. Build relationships with financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, recordkeepers, CPAs, ERISA attorneys, and consultants; sell retirement plan services including TPA, 3(16) fiduciary, and PEP solutions; provide consultative guidance; manage the sales pipeline; forecast results; and collaborate with internal teams to tailor client solutions.

Leads operational improvement initiatives across third-party administrator operations, including technology evaluations, compliance-system migrations, census data quality, straight-through processing, technology adoption, training, and workflow optimization. Partners with Product, Technology, Transformation, CRM, and Administration teams to prioritize and execute a roadmap of initiatives, represent operational needs in product development, and measure adoption and efficiency outcomes.

Develop new business and expand distribution relationships for third-party retirement administration and actuarial consulting services. Engage financial advisors, recordkeepers, CPAs, broker-dealers, and other intermediaries; execute territory sales strategies; explain retirement plan design and compliance concepts; manage partnerships, market intelligence, and sales pipelines; and collaborate with actuarial, operations, marketing, and platform teams to deliver tailored solutions.
