Serve as first point of contact for customers via high-volume inbound calls, provide accurate service and policy information, troubleshoot and escalate issues, document trends, complete administrative tasks (reports, presentations, databases), book travel and handle expense reports, and maintain professional, empathetic service.

Provide systems support and reporting for property management platforms: maintain Quickbase, Tableau, Power BI and Microsoft CRM/Power Platform components, build dashboards and custom reports, assist with migrations, month-end and gross potential rent reporting, manage ShareFile and user administration, and act as first-line support for tickets and system issues.

Provide first-line support for property management systems (RealPage, Entrata, Yardi), resolve support tickets, deliver system training, assist with system migrations during onboarding, maintain documentation and training materials, and collaborate to improve processes and escalate issues as needed.

Lead strategy, delivery, and improvement of enterprise systems supporting property management operations. Build and coach a high-performing systems team, oversee Tier 3 support, manage implementations/migrations/integrations, set KPIs, partner with business leaders, drive change management, mitigate risks, and standardize documentation and processes.
