Performs financial reconciliation and loss analysis for liquidated mortgage loans, identifies recovery and bill-back opportunities, researches incurred losses, and prepares evidence-based written summaries. Maintain system records, adhere to agency/investor guidelines, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Performs investor accounting reconciliations, reviews investor and loan-servicing reports, analyzes remittance differences, and resolves discrepancies in custodial accounts. Validates data from other departments, researches reconciling items under Regulation AB deadlines, supports reporting activities, and completes special projects. Requires investor reporting knowledge, one to three years of related experience, intermediate Excel and Access skills, strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and analytical abilities.

Manage mortgage servicing counterparty relationships, including senior stakeholder communications, investor presentations, servicing requirements, portfolio and loan data analysis, quality control, compliance, deliverable tracking, and issue escalation. Coordinate servicing transfers, process improvements, change management, documentation, and corrective actions across internal departments and external investors. Analyze portfolio performance and recommend service delivery improvements while maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Reviews FHA supplemental mortgage claims for accuracy, documentation completeness, guideline compliance, and financial impact before filing. Analyzes claim payments and advances, recommends approvals or denials, updates LoanServ, resolves quality-review corrections, monitors denials and offsets, and supports process improvements. Requires knowledge of FHA claims, default servicing, mortgage regulations, and agency timelines, along with strong documentation, writing, organizational, and analytical skills.

Develops and maintains mortgage broker and seller relationships to generate wholesale and correspondent loan business. Identifies and approves new partners, explains loan programs and policies, supports submissions, trains partners on online systems, manages the loan pipeline, and coordinates with underwriting, processing, closing, and funding teams to ensure timely transactions and regulatory compliance.

Reviews loss mitigation underwriting decisions, approvals, denials, income and modification calculations for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Ensures files are complete, properly documented, and correctly structured in Fiserv. Tracks errors, reports trends, supports process improvements, trains new hires, and assists leadership with peer guidance and special projects.
