Supports the Army ARES RDT&E program through funding execution tracking, requirements intake, project monitoring, governance, technology transition, acquisition documentation, and executive briefing development. The role tracks cost, schedule, performance, risks, and technology readiness; supports requirements-validation boards and transition agreements; drafts policies, solicitations, memoranda, and governance materials; and ensures products meet Army quality standards.

The role coordinates with Army stakeholders, improves workflows and transparency, reviews technical work products, and supports compliance with PFAS, CERCLA, DERP, RCRA, and related environmental requirements.
